I wasn't happy with the experience. I came in and had a conversation with the service manager and told him I worked nights. I needed the estimate and the work done the same day. I live 45 minutes away with Noone to pick me up. He said he understood. We scheduled the following Friday and all that was done was an estimate. He told me I'd have to reschedule for the work to get done. So essentially spend both my weekends instead of 1. Never heard of anything like that before.

Needed AC work and processed through my service plan. They took care of both along with fixing a pinion seal and oil pan gasket they found while doing initial review. They provided shuttle service and great customer service. Kept me updated along the way. Everyone was very personable, especially Sarah and Ralph.

The A/C is making cold air again. That is what keeps an old truck on the road inTexas. When the A/C is no longer fixable or repairs cost twice the value of the vehicle it is time to scrap the vehicle.

They live up to their name, in that they are Honest! But considering they are a one-off chain of repair shops, nestled between dealerships in Tyler, their prices are equal or higher than any dealership around them. If you are stuck paying for repairs out of pocket, this place is not affordable at all. And there are plenty of other one-off shops that perform quality service with reliable replacement parts for a lot less than what they charge. Their salesmanship is good, as they try to sell you on the warranty portion of the service and parts. But anyone else who is worth their salt will bring your car back and fix it if they find parts or workmanship to be faulty, so that aspect is not a selling point to me. They still deserve the 4-star rating that I give them because they were honest, mostly prompt, courteous, and fair. But that fifth star is not earned because they are terribly overpriced. I get that this car as to be flipped over and parts have to be fished through the oil pan to replace things as simple as a thermostat or spark plug. But $2k to replace one thermostat and two radiator hoses is just crazy. I found a shop closer to home who was able to do the same service, with the same guarantee for $700.

The team was great. Ralph runs an HONEST shop and treats you like family. Sarah was great at keeping me updated daily on the repair process. I’m a customer for life now.

Sarah was amazing dealing with the warranty work on our Honda AND even went the extra mile to deliver our car to the dealer for the manufacturer warranty work. Thank you Sara!!
