If the name of the business has "Honest" in it... You better think twice before using their services. I took my Toyota to the dealership and not only was it cheaper, but they actually repaired my vehicle.

THIS PLACE IS TRULY AMAZING I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE HAD SUCH AMAZING SERVICE . SUPER KIND PEOPLE . THE MANAGER SARAH IS AWESOME SHE TOOK CARE OF US 😌 THEY EXPLAINED CLEARLY THE ISSUES OF OUR TRUCK AND WAS ABLE TO GET THE PARTS AND OUR TRUCK BACK ON THE ROAD . THEY ALSO GAVE US FINANCE OPTIONS SO THAT WAS VERY CONVENIENT ! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE . THE GUY WITH THAT PRETTY LONG HAIR WAS VERY RESPECTFUL AND EVEN OPENED OUR DOORS I HAD TO TELL MY HUSBAND THIS HOW YOU DO IT HAHA 🤣

1st of all, I chose Honest-1 Auto Care because of the high rating and excellent reviews which is well deserved by the way. Travis explained everything to me and answered all my questions. He also gave me updates consistently. My wife went there to pick up the car and she said everyone there was so nice and friendly. The work the performed on the car was 1st rate and fast. I will definitely recommend Honest-1 Auto Care to everyone we know.

I am very pleased with my experience with Honest-1 Auto Care. My vehicle had been diagnosed as needing a new A/C compressor at another repair shop but the price seemed unreasonably high. Sarah provided me an estimate based on that diagnosis explaining that of course they would need to verify that diagnosis once they got my vehicle. Her estimate was such a huge savings that I did not hesitate to bring the car to them. Honest-1 confirmed the original diagnosis without any additional cost to me and my air conditioning is now keeping me cool! Sarah stuck to her original estimate even though they replaced a belt that was not included on the estimate. Now that’s what you call customer care! Thanks for your great service and warranty. We will definitely be return customers and will recommend this business to others.

Prices are high, but maybe they do good work. I've never gotten past getting work estimated.
