Labor prices are a bit steep, but a lot of auto shops are now (unfortunately). I do commend them for being detailed and up-front with the pricing, as well as being quick with my oil change and quote for other services. Based on my experience I would highly recommend to at least start here if not complete all service here.

The staff is all very kind and friendly, but with multiple different vehicles I was misdiagnosed and paid over a thousand for wrong repairs… I told em I believed it was the transmission based on the code I got on my code reader. They ignored that code and proceeded to tell me it was something else. Well… it was the transmission. Proper diagnosis could have also saved me money on the repairs they did, paying for a rental for over a week while they had it, and a tow. (Totaling over $3,000) Ended up having to buy a new car anyways so would have been nice to skip all the unnecessary spending. (Cost me another $2,500) Just found out the same thing happened to the new car I bought. They said it needed a valve so I paid $500 for it, just for the same problem to persist afterwards, another mechanic fixed it in less time, way cheaper and simpler fix as well. I was dumb to give a second chance and bring another vehicle to them. They also tried quoting me over $700 for rear brakes, but I ended up paying $250 for the repair somewhere else. Needless to say, I won’t be back...

My husband has used Honest 1 for a few years now so when he passed away and my son’s car needed an oil change, I knew who to call. The whole car maintenance routine was very new to me since my husband always took care of those things, but when I called to inquire, Sarah was incredibly kind and helpful. She confirmed that the car was due (in this case past due) for an oil change, went over the cost upfront, scheduled me for the same day, reviewed what was done and potential concerns, and went over the future service needs when I picked up the car. When finished checking out, she walked me to my car where there was a pack of Milano cookies in the cup holder. Then I remembered that my husband would always bring that pack of cookies home to me after picking up a car from Honest 1 because he knew they were my favorite, which touched my heart. The whole experience was thorough, professional, and kind.

Truck was never fixed and parts were put on that were not needed to fix vehicle so I was out of pocket money for something that wasn’t wrong with vehicle will never use again

Sara n Megan were so helpful, Megan explained everything step by step for me I know where I will be taking my car from now on thank you guys!
