Honest-1 took great care of me and my vehicle. They have a complimentary shuttle that will drop you off or pick you up if needed. They have an amazing front desk personnel (Sarah, she’s wonderful) and would keep me up to date on everything that was going on with my vehicle. My vehicle is running smoothly and will definitely be going back to them with anything else my vehicle needs. Definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Waaaaayyyy overpriced.. questionable diagnosis ..maybe smart to get another inspection or two. Mechanics seem lax but you're being highly billed by the hour.

I drove my Honda there..and back..their mechanic, according to the service manager said it wouldn't crank. The diagnosis was told would be free..but they tried to charge me almost $60 afterwards. I was told there was a pressure test..and I needed a new engine. But the story kept changing cracked head ..head gaskets..radiator.."new engine" replaced used engine.. estimated cost over $6,000 !!! Used engines for this 2006 run between $500 and $1500.. There in an expensive location I should have known not to go there. That location is likely costing them $6k to 10k a month but I can't subsidize it. The service manager and receptionist were very polite. But I will check other opinions. Thanks for waving the check as stated. And no ill will to you.

Honest 1 is truly the place to have your vehicle worked and maintained. The staff are courteous, professional, and friendly. They kept me informed about my car's work, and completely did all I had requested. I will tell others about my experience at Honest 1 and continue to be a customer there.
