I had a great experience with this business. I took my Cadillac CTS there due to it not starting they were honest with me and fast. I recommend this business to anyone needing car repair. I will be sending all of my business there way. Thank you Honest 1!!

Took in my old car that was leaking an unknown fluid. The workers were incredibly professional and courteous. After dropping the car off they gave me a ride back to my apartment which is a great service. After diagnosing what was wrong with my car and giving me the estimate to fix they were very understandable when I didn't go through with the repairs and didn't try to talk me into spending money or some other service. Didn't charge me for the diagnostic or for their time. Never have I dealt with such professional auto care service before. Even though they were unable to help me this time they have gotten a customer for life.

1st time there. They are respectful toward women by getting doors. They provide transportation while my car was in the shop. Great customer service skills. They pretty much nail the problem when others tell u it might be this or that. They kept me updated about every hour or 2. I have been to several places to try to get my car fixed and their price was extremely high and most of the time they would say "I can't figure it out" I will always use them unless it is something simple and I appreciate the guidance from my youth pastor Ryan Daniels who told me about u

I have had my car serviced elsewhere for years and unfortunately I suppose because of Covid, they have closed their business. I chose Honest Auto Care because of their wonderful reviews on Yelp. I am now a customer for life. Their waiting area was immaculate, the customer service was impeccable and I was given a detailed explanation as to what they did to service my car. On completion of the service they did, i was walked to my car where I found a package of cookies as a morning treat. The people I interacted with were very knowledgeable. As I stated above, they have become the company I will use in the future for all of my cars needs. On a scale of 1-10, I give them an ELEVEN or an A+! Thank you Honest Auto Care for a great job!
