We came here really down on our luck, so disappointed that yet another thing had gone wrong this week. Gail, the service representative, made us feel so at ease from the beginning. Going to an auto shop you are always worried about hidden costs, but her and our mechanic were very up front, and directly showed us the damages and our estimate. We are so very thankful for the friendly and great service, we will definitely be back.

Traveling back to Alabama the ac died. Called honest1 and they took the truck in one hour before closing. They made the need repairs and were very hospitable, my wife and my fur-kids thank you so much for making the 10hr trip very comfortable! I wish we had one of your locations near by. Thanks again!

On a Friday afternoon around 2:30 my truck lost all power. I called Honest One to see if they could get it fixed that afternoon and they said bring it on in. I called a wrecker and arrived there at about 3:30. They jumped on it, diagnosed the problem (alternator) and had me up and running by 5:30...........on a Friday afternoon!! Very few places that would happen. Thanks to Ralph and Gail and Buck for saving my weekend! Great service and staff! They are what their sign says!
