In the past, I’ve used Honest-1 Auto Care (2425 WSW Loop 323, Tyler, TX) three times – repeat customer. I have never written a recommendation for anybody before, but after my recent visit at Honest-1 Auto Care, they deserve a good one! The display panel to my air conditioner/heater was dead (black screen) and so I had no air. A new display panel would have cost more than $1,000. Honest-1 Auto Care fixed the problem during their diagnostics and told me about it. They did not have to inform me and could have simply pocketed the $1,000+! My AC was fixed for under $200 because Honest-1 Auto Care is both good at what they do AND BECAUSE THEY ARE TRULY HONEST! Hoyt Smith

The best experience I have ever had with auto repair. I have trust issues with getting someone else to work on my vehicles, but with this kind of customer service, their honesty, and the way they make you feel like you are a friend, I would come back to this place in a heartbeat. And they left a treat in the car when they were done!

Best experience with auto repair I've ever had. I do most of my repairs myself but there are times when you need to have the pros do it. I usually don't trust most places but these guys are honest, upfront about what's going on. Plus it's a nice place to begin with, nice waiting area with complimentary drinks and snacks. I cannot recommend a better place to take a vehicle! And they left a complementary snack and thank you card in the car!

The people were very friendly & made me feel they really appreciated my business. I had my complete ac system replaced. Never worked better.

This is the cleanest auto repair shop I have ever seen! The waiting area is very comfortable and complimentary drinks and snacks are available. The restroom is as clean as Buckee's. Plus, instead of paper towels their restroom has clean hand-rolled cotton hand towels! The work area is also clean and you can see it from the waiting area through a big window. I am not a Texas resident but was traveling through and broke down on I-20. They helped me find someone to tow my truck to their shop, gave me an estimate, then started to work almost immediately. They tried their best to get me back on the road that day but unfortunately it was already late in the day and that was just not possible. They helped me find a good hotel room, and use their corporate rate, and shuttled me there that evening and picked me up the next morning when the repairs were completed. I hope I never break down again but if I do I hope it is close to Tyler, Texas! These are very nice, professional people.

This place is super HONEST & AMAZING! My mom & I were on a cross country road trip when we stopped overnight in Tyler, TX. That night my car was taking a long time to start & then the next morning still had trouble starting. Took it in to Honest Auto Care Shop thinking something was obviously wrong. They checked it out & said everything looked great. Said I must have put some bad gas in the car & that’s why it was acting up. Upon leaving the shop- took their advice & filled up my car at a reputable gas station- car started normally & was running great again. Couldn’t believe how smart & honest these guys were— most places would have taken advantage of 2 women. They didn’t even charge me for the inspection. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for smart & honest car repair guys. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!

The nicest people in the business! They made us feel like they genuinely appreciated our business. We needed costly AC service on my daughter's 2001 Hyundai Accent, but I felt better knowing the repairs are backed by their 3 year warranty. A month or so later, she's still enjoying her cool, air-conditioned car!

The folks here are really great. My repairs were done in the estimated time and the local shuttle service they provide was essential so that I wouldn't have to take off of work. I recommend this place fully!
