VIP treatment! This service center surpassed my expectations. I love they are open on Saturdays as not many brake service centers are in Tyler. The lobby felt more like the lobby of a five start hotel than the lobby of a service center. Extraordinary customer service from the whole staff. I love the sweet gift of the Milano snack pack & contact card left in my cup holder. I just went in for my brakes, tires & oil change but it looks like they offer MORE services than that. I recommend calling this Auto Service Center BEFORE going anywhere else.

We scheduled an alignment at Honest 1 and we were shuttled to a local restaurant for lunch while the truck was being serviced. We received a courtesy call from Honest telling us that the alignment would not fix the problem and they gave us an estimate to fix the.real problem. We were not pressured to do anything that day and they showed us the problem. On top of that they did not even charge us for diagnosing the problem. It is very refreshing to be able to trust an auto repair shop. We will be back!
