I came in on a Saturday, and had my check engine light looked at. I sat down in a comfortable waiting room, enjoyed a cup of coffee in a bright and clean space, and waited the feedback on my car. When they did come tell me what was wrong, I wasn't in a place financially where I could spend the money to make the repairs. Not only were they understanding and kind, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable or belittled because I couldn't pay. Then, as if to further emphasize the spirit behind their name, they didn't charge me for the labor of diagnosing my problem, put everything back together, walked me out to my car, and invited me back. They treated me as though I had just spent hundreds of dollars there, when in fact, they had lost money with my visit. Then they put cookies in my car. They earned a lifelong customer.
