I always feel like the staff at Honest 1 Auto have my best interests at heart and aren’t just trying to get money out of me. They let me know what they recommend but never pressure or guilt you when you decline additional service. They also have a great waiting area with snacks, magazines, and TVs. They also have a shuttle that can take you back to work or home if you have a long wait. Also every 4th oil change is FREE!

I had my oil and filter changed and also my radiator flushed and filled. They did a wonderful job. Everyone was so nice. The cost was reasonable, too. I will definitely take my car to Honest-1 Auto Care again.

I am always glad to take my vehicles to Honest-1 for service. I know they will do a good job, and not overcharge me for anything I do not need. They are fast, fair, and friendly when it comes to auto care.

All work on the car was done in a timely manner and the waiting room/lobby is outstanding as far as comfort and services.

Ralph and staff were the best. Came in with a tire and front end issue, techs immediately analyzed problem, gave a very fair estimate and I took care in the next morning for repair. Ralph drove me to work, we had very pleasant conversation all of the way and even offered to pick me up when job was complete. Amazing service, outlined every step of repair process and final cost was what the techs had said. I will take all of my personal and business needs to Honest 1 Tyler.

Highly recommended. Saw me with short notice as my truck broke down while in Tyler on a Saturday. Wasn't going to be a quick fix and helped me find a rental car since I live in Dallas while getting repaired. Entire staff and owner are great. Will go out of their way to help you out. Even dropped me off and picked me up from the rental car company.

I was extremely pleased with the staff and the care that they take in their customers. I will definitely come back.

Went in for an alignment, they put it on the machine and found it was good. No charge! Will be using these folks for maintenance from now on.

Arrive in afternoon they got right on my car doing a oil change,also rotated tires free check car over then ask if I would like to see under the car to see that everything was okay nothing going on never been ask that before..was please with service and attention that was given to me snacks and drinks very clean too! We recommend and return for more services! Salsa a snack left in car ..surprise
