I was very pleased with their service. I walked in and I believe his name was Ralph asked if I had ever been there before and after I stated no, he introduced himself by name and proceeded to ask me about my day and other things. He introduced me to his co-worker Gail and was very efficient at getting me out of there at the time I needed. I will definitely be returning for my oil changes. They were also decently priced and I hope they continue to offer the oil change at the price of $24.95. Great experience.

When my car's AC started to die in the middle of the 100 degree Texas summer, I didn't know what to do. My car is almost 20 years old, and I wasn't sure she could ever blow cold air again. Honest-1 Auto Care took great care when servicing my vehicle. It is clean and well kept. The employees are friendly. They even called me out to look at my car when it was on the lift to show me nothing else needed attention. Most of the time when this occurs, a shop is trying to upsell you for more services that may not be needed. Great experience!
