I have never been treated this well when getting my car serviced! Even though I was taking advantage of this months brake special, they made me feel like I was their most important customer! Gail was friendly and knowledgeable. The waiting area was beautiful, and they provide amazing drinks and snacks while you wait. I definitely recommend this place!

I brought my Toyota in on a Saturday because the brakes were grinding. They gave me a detailed estimate, began work, and offered me a ride home instead of waiting for hours. They said they would deliver my car to the house when done. And they did. They closed at 2:00, but apparently stayed a little late to be sure it was finished. Then they did deliver my car to the house, in a pouring rainstorm! These people were very professional, caring, and committed to customer satisfaction. Honestly, they went above and beyond the call of duty. Exceptional service !!

Another very pleasant visit with Nathan and Ralph while getting my F150 serviced. (And for FREE since my punch card was full !) Honest 1 is the Olive Garden of service centers ... they treat you like family.
