Just before I took my RV in for a pre-trip oil change and checkup, my passenger side towing mirror lost an argument with a pole. Nathan tried his darndest to get a replacement mirror but nobody could get it to him in time for our departure day. Nathan then went way beyond what one normally gets from a service facility and got a glass company to cut a temporary mirror that he installed so we could safely leave on our journey. (And at no charge for his labor!) This kind of personalized attention is why Honest 1 gets all of my automotive service business. Thanks to Nathan, Janice and I are in Missouri right now thoroughly enjoying our trip.

Appropriately named. Straightforward diagnosis and very reasonable rates. I was in the car business for a number of years and have used various repair facilities and this one is #1 on my list. Friendly, fair and honest......words not usually associated with the auto industry.

Saturday morning oil change. I have been hearing about this Honest 1 oil change place...decided to set an appointment and check it out. These guys get a 5 Star rating!! Tracy Spencer Smith met up with me to check it out...the bathroom is very "spa" like...great lotion : ) coffee bar with treats was outstanding. They covered everything they were going ahead of time and the cost. It is locally owned by a wonderful couple that supports the SPCA of East Texas....they are dog people! Yay! The place is gear towards women...I loved the experience! Tracy did too!!

Great all around service and good people. Definitely will be back.

Service was prompt and friendly. The shop was clean and the staff were knowlagable and so patient to explain the work that was needed and what was optional. I truly appreciated that they ranked it in level of importance for my family's safety and didn't just try and do a hard sell to get all of the work at once. I will come back!
