I had been meaning to take my car in before my car told me "maintenance due now" but on our way out of town, that like came on. The Honda dealership in Arkansas had to schedule by appointments so when we got back home, my first stop was at Honest 1. I had received a flyer from them which I read and appreciated and the prices on the same services others were offering were cheaper! I pulled into the garage are, got out and asked for an oil change. I was lead to the fron office, kept out of the rain, and was asked to answer a few questions. I had my oil changed and the tires rotated with no problems at all. They offered to replace my windshield wipers but recommended since they were still under warranty, I should have them replaced by the dealership. I will check into that. Staff/Service were extremely friendly, professional and informative. The owner came in while I was there and he was very kind and appreciative that I had come in on that rainy day. There were several vehicles being worked on but they were able to get right to me. I felt appreciated and my business actually meant something to them. I will use them on my next oil change.
