These guys are fantastic. They were prompt, informative, and took the time to take me back in the shop to show me the car, explain what they were looking at (exhaust system problems). No mechanic shop has ever done that before.

I love this place. Clean, friendly and helpful. They have a great space for the kids to play while you relax. They are kind and honest and don't scare you that your car is falling apart even if it is. The future estimation give you time to plan and budget. Full service with lots of Great perks. I highly recommend taking your car to them especially if you hate taking your car in to be repaired. Also pick up and delivery so you can get your car fixed while you work. Exceptional. Highly recommend.

The service was apt and value for money. I found the techs and the service advisor to be more knowledgeable and competent. I'd recommend their service a better one compared to the Dealer service.

Janice and I had a trip planned for a family reunion in West Texas when I discovered that our chassis AC was not working in our RV. After checking with local RV specialists that either didn't work on chassis AC or were a week or more out on scheduling, we were fortunate to find Honest 1 Auto Repair. Nathan, the service manger, got us right in the next morning and got us on the road in less than 4 hours. While I was there, the owner, Ralph, came in and we all had the greatest time talking about our RVing experiences and many other topics. Getting our Rv serviced here was a great experience and we plan to make Honest 1 our regular shop for any work needed on all three of our vehicles in the future. If you live in or around Tyler, do yourself a favor and stop in and check these guys out. You won't be disappointed.
