What a pleasant experience! Comfortable with snacks and coffee, very clean and pleasant bathroom. Travis was helpful, professional, and amiable. I went in to have my brakes looked at and it was brake dust built up on them causing a gritty sound when breaking while backing up. The fee was only $25 and it was done quickly. They left me a cookie which I thought was a nice touch and I appreciated it.

I travel the country full time in my rv. Dash light on the truck suggested it was time for an oil change. I stopped by Honest-1 to make an appointment hoping they could squeeze me in on short notice. They juggled their schedule a bit and changed my oil while I waited. I asked about having the shocks changed as well, they made that happen as well. The staff at Honest-1 is super friendly, courteous and knowledgeable answering my every question. I am totally happy with my experience here and would not hesitate returning.

Travis was amazing with providing me all the information needed to go through the hoops of my warranty and also was informative on the status of my car and what was need to be done to get it like new!

Needed a new starter. The price was very good, and got taken care of that day. Very friendly, and even offer a car service to drop you off at home and pick you up. Definitely recommend this place for EVERYONE.

They desire 10 stars. I dropped my car off this morning and they had it fixed before 3 pm. They said it was something simple, so they said, "No Charge". That was a first. I have never hear that from an auto repair shop. They even leave cookies in the car. Everyone was friendly, polite and a joy to be around. They have all my business from now on. I really like this company! The prices are better than the dealership! They also have a complementary shuttle to take you home and back to this establishment if needed.
